Ronald McDonald House - Fort Smith
Next to Mercy Hospital Fort Smith
Take a virtual tour of the new Ronald McDonald House!
RMHC of Arkoma is excited to announce the addition of an eleven-bedroom Ronald McDonald House in Fort Smith! The 8,500 square foot Ronald McDonald House will provide many amenities for families in addition to the eleven overnight suites with full baths, including a laundry room, kitchen, and fully stocked pantry, dining room, playroom with outdoor playground, media room, and covered porch for relaxing. Located on the campus of Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, next to the Labor & Delivery Tower, families will be walking distance away from their child during their hospital stay.
The Ronald McDonald House is designed to provide a place of comfort to families of children ages 21 and under who are being treated at Mercy Hospital, all at no cost to families. In addition, the House will increase service to local families by a projected 300%, allowing even more families to be present and involved in their child’s treatment and recovery in the hospital.
