Jessica Phillips
Director of Operations
Jessica has been with RMHC of Arkoma since March of 2017, and serves as the Program Manager of our Northwest Arkansas programs. Her role in the team includes hiring and managing staff and volunteers, ensuring the success of donor opportunities like the Share-A-Meal program, and overseeing both day to day and big-picture operations at our Rogers and Fayetteville locations.
“When I saw a job listing for the program manager position, I wanted to research more about the mission and what RMHC actually offers families before applying. The quote “a home-away-from-home” really stuck out to me. What families face when a child is in the hospital is life-altering, and being able to provide a small place of hope is so important for the family, but also for me. I love that RMHC provides an extended family for everyone that enters the doors! Family is what I live for, and being able to work in an environment of putting people and family first everyday is what I love. This organization is so rewarding!”
Jessica is a Northwest Arkansas native, growing up in Avoca and graduating from Rogers Heritage High School in 2010. When she’s not with RMHC, her time is spent with husband Casey and their darling little girls, JoLee and Hazel. They are lovers of the outdoors, movies, cookouts and camping!
